The Todd Organization is the executive benefits industry pioneer: Since 1957, Todd has developed and implemented executive benefits and funding solutions for companies of all sizes in markets across the United States. They’re the best in the game, simplifying the complexities of financial security while helping businesses drive profitability and growth.
Over the years, Todd remained focused on financial solutions while their corporate identity grew tired. They partnered with Shamrock to update their brand profile—in a manner that reflects their heritage but appeals to younger workers to attract new talent while still connecting with their sophisticated audience. Shamrock worked with Todd to create the new brand positioning, complete with messaging and logo; and then created launch kits to unveil the new Todd brand. Kits included high-end premium items like Peter Millar golf shirts and Yeti tumblers to appeal to their employees.
As part of the rebrand, Shamrock also developed a fresh, new website and collateral system including brochures, sell sheets and folders. To make it easy for employees to access and use the new materials, since there are offices across the country, Shamrock launched an online marketing portal for access by Todd offices nationwide, allowing them to order apparel, promotional items and POD collateral. The new identity package and campaign aligns with the esteemed Todd brand and reflects the Company’s forward-thinking reputation.
