Brigid O’Connor

There’s an art to creating an exceptional customer experience, which Brigid has perfected. With her curated career journey as a proving ground, Brigid has strong leadership, operations, sales and customer service experience in various industries, from non-profit fundraising to hospitality to fine art. She worked at Cleveland Clinic for over 16 years, primarily in healthcare education; she later spent five years as Gallery Director for a contemporary art gallery in Lake Tahoe, winning Best of Tahoe each year. Returning home to Cleveland, Brigid embraces her role, connecting with clients and aligning marketing and business solutions that meet their goals. She is creative, adaptable, uber-organized and engaging, with an innate ability to make people feel at ease. Brigid’s can-do attitude influences everything she does: She is a die-hard Cleveland sports fan who loves the outdoors and all things adventure-seeking—kayaking, biking, skiing, hiking, traveling and cross-country road trips.
