He worked at FedEx for 30+ years in logistics, services, customer planning, and leadership roles—and was a Shamrock customer for over 10 years. During Randy’s time at FedEx, he was an adjunct professor at his alma mater, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, for 10 years. After retiring from FedEx, Randy was a business consultant. However, he missed creative problem solving and client collaboration, leading him to Shamrock in Memphis. Here, he finds his experience on the client side immeasurably valuable. Randy is focused on helping make his clients’ jobs easier with print/distribution solutions, promo, swag and everything in between.
