It’s a lot easier to note the jobs that Caryn doesn’t manage at Shamrock. She’s been with us for 15+ years where her role has evolved to encompass overseeing internal and external corporate communications; providing sales team support; managing corporate benefits; shaping our community involvement effort; recruiting and onboarding new employees; and managing our relationships with community and philanthropic partners. In many ways, Caryn is the face of Shamrock: our corporate ambassador who speaks with a soft voice, and engages people with her creative, intuitive (and genuine), approach that makes you feel like you’re her one and only priority.
