She embraces her dual role in managing and nurturing relationships with existing Shamrock customers while proactively supporting our internal sales team. And she does both by studying and listening first and then crafting the solutions that help solve problems and create new opportunities. For Holly, the more she brings to the table, the more connected she feels with her clients and colleagues. And it’s those engaged connections that she finds most fulfilling. Holly’s experience as a community event coordinator, mom, yoga instructor and avid outdoor adventurer paints the complete picture: She is perennially optimistic with a can-do attitude—and isn’t afraid of sweating the hard stuff to arrive at the best outcome.
