Q How would you describe your job to a child?
A My job is a lot like a teacher or coach—so I have to lead by example. I build teams and help people realize the importance of working together. I’m also a cheerleader: I help our team set and achieve their goals. I concentrate on helping people build self-confidence and improve every day. And the way that I do my job is by listening first: The door to my office is always open because asking questions is a big part of how we learn and grow.
